Plant-based Skin Care

Qispikay means "Freedom" in Quechua, the native language of the Incas in Peru. The inspiration for this name comes from a vision to create products without harmful chemicals for the skin, which is why Qispikay is a plant-based skincare brand rooted in Peruvian traditions that uses only the most pure, clean ingredients.

Our brand mark is the Andean Condor which is a symbol of freedom.

My husband and I started this journey with the conviction that sharing our passion for a healthy lifestyle, away from chemicals and harmful ingredients in skin products, will help others Reclaim their skin's freedom!

Our company is veteran owned, since my husband is a former military, and Christian based, since we know nothing can be done without God. We are both excited about this adventure that we have put our heart, soul, and faith in.

My why: I have always been passionate about natural products and the importance of relying on our immune system to take care of ourselves. After all, God created us perfect in his image, and there is nothing that works better than our body. We do need to do our part though, and take care of it in order for our body to work as intended. Because of that, I always read every label for each product I purchase, and it didn't take me long to realize that the products at the store were not really "all natural" as some of them claimed to be. This is when I started making my own products and studying the properties and benefits of natural ingredients in our skin. I have, since then, enjoyed formulating new products for my family, and decided it was time to turn my passion for healthy skin into a business. 

His why: Just like God is a Trinity, I believe we are mind, body and soul. Having that said, from my military days, I have known the importance of putting healthy nourishment, organic foods in my body; but was ignorant when it came to my skin. After extensive research, we taught ourselves how to protect our most powerful defense against this physical world, our skin, using only what God gave us. Our hard work, and use of natural ingredients makes absolutely certain Qispikay is providing you the freedom from harsh chemicals you deserve.
